Please note that our shopping cart operates in Canadian Dollars. Any amount drawn from your Credit Card or Paypal, will be in your own currency and will be equal to the CAD Dollar amount when converted. Conversion fees are not taken against your payment method, but against our account.

Orders Information:
CHECK YOUR ORDER and make sure items in your cart are correct.
Be sure that your "SHIP TO" Address is correct. We ship ONLY to the shipping address supplied to your PayPal shipping address. We will not be held accountable for incorrect shipping information.
All shipments sent to the wrong address supplied to us, will incur the redirect fee charges or reshipping fees if it is returned.
Once you confirm your order NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE.
If you forgot any items that you wanted, you may place a new order and request in the notes that we combine your orders by supplying us with the order number you would like to combine it with. We will do our utmost to make sure they are combined, but we cannot guarantee it since we have no control overhow fast a parcel leaves our warehouse and whether it will still be here.

Pre-Orders:
Please note that the $70 paid towards a Pre-Order product is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee. We accept your deposit in good faith that you will honor your agreement to pay the balance when the product becomes available and in return we pay the manufacturer in full upfront.
The final payment will be expected to be paid off by the due date that we specify on the final invoice that we send to you. Failure to pay this balance off by the due date or lack of communication to extend the payment date will result in your product being unpacked and will be offered to a customer on our waiting list.
Please only put the pre-order item on your order as we will ship all items on the pre-order invoice at the same time.
Pre-orders products should be ordered separately from any other items you need sooner as all items on the same invoice will be sent together.
Pre-orders are unfortunately not eligible for discount coupons, or gift certificate codes.
Pre-Order's can take months to arrive so if you need anything sooner make sure its on a SEPERATE invoice.

Shipping:
All IN STOCK items will ship within 1-5 business days of your confirmed order received.
All items are shipped using Canada Post (insurance included). Delivery time is 2-10 business days for Canada.
When your order has shipped, Canada Post send you an update notification of the tracking number to the email address that was used when you placed the order.
All orders to Canada above $175.00, Ships FREE. *This offer is valid for Canadian residents only.

You can contact us to know the shipping cost if your country is not supported during your payment.
Orders will be shipped at the lowest possible rate. We will also email you with the possible options and rates and once we receive your chosen option back via email, we will invoice you.
Canada Postal Service International Air Small Packets, does not offer tracking number, or insurance. If lost or damage, there is no tracking information. If you wish to use this type of mailing service it is at your own risk. I can not refund or credit a non-received order if you choose this service.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Bebe Pour La Vie will NOT be responsible for any import or custom fees when your order arrives in your country. We have no control over the customs rules and regulations of any country. For more information on what to expect when boxes arrive in your country, please contact your local customs office.
We cannot determine delivery times of international shipments. Please also understand that your item may be delayed or held in customs, so shipping times may be longer than expected.
Please do not ask us to mark the customs form as a gift or for any other value than is shown on the invoice. We will not do this. It is against International Customs Laws and is considered illegal.
Return :
Bebe Pour La Vie guarantees our products 100%. All products that leaves our warehouse, are inspected and well packed, but human errors can sometimes occur.
Should any of the following apply to your order, we will gladly exchange it, replace it, refund it or apply a store credit for it:
Product differs significantly with what was advertised on our website.
Are faulty or defective - factory faults and defects that were not noticed during inspection.

Please check the content of your order when you receive it. If there are any issues, please email us immediately so we can fix the problem at that time. Items must be returned or reported within 10 days of your original purchase. NO replacements or returns will be accepted after 10 days of receiving your order.
Please do not return goods without authorization. Contact us to request an authorization to return a product.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Authorized returns must be received within 10 days of notifying us, in a clean, unused condition. Once we inspect the product and we confirm the defect or significant difference, we will make the necessary arrangement with you with regards to your credit.
IMPORTANT: No refund will be made if an item is returned to us without authorization, without proof of purchase, which is not in its original packaging or that was used.
You may return most new items within 10 of notifying us for a refund or replacement, otherwise a $15 restocking fee per item will apply.
If an item is damaged in transit, we will either send you a replacement at our expense.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.
Should we require the item be sent back we will send you a pre-paid return label. If you are unhappy with the item but it arrives as described, you will be responsible for any returned shipping fees.
Should you have buyer's remorse, items can be returned at a restocking fee of $15.00 per product and 25% for any other products.
Shipping fees will not be refundable and return shipping will be for your account and not covered by us.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.
Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return. Please allow two billing periods before your refund to appear on your statement of credit card.
Please note: Items that have been used, which is not in its original packaging (with shipping box and certificate), with odor of smoke/pets or are soiled cannot be returned.
SILICONE DOLLS REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED due potential contamination of the silicone through contact. Exchanges for quality reasons are subject to an exchange of dolls of equal value.
No returns will be accepted on Clearance sales.
International Return:
Items sent internationally will be returned by USPS service that insures risks of loss and damage. Refunds may be given up to the purchase price only. The shipping costs are not refundable.
The customer must pay all shipping and handling upon return of the parcel. Any import fees and taxes back to us, will also be for your account.
Tips to avoid duplication of taxes and customs duties on returned merchandise:
To avoid duplication of taxes and duties on the goods returned to Canada and from abroad, please write "returned goods" and "no commercial value" on your packing slip - Customs Declaration. Please include a copy of the original packing slip on the outside of the original package. On the delivery slip, please circle the product or products that you return and adjust the total amount of delivery to show the value of the product or products. Please check with the carrier for any other condition.
I must receive the merchandise within 15 days of sending. Shipping and handling upon return as well as duties and /or taxes for orders shipped abroad are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Bebepourlavie.
